"This isn't your regular Striploin, it's that A5 Striploin."

What does all of that mean?

It means that this Japanese steak is going to be the fattiest, most tender steak you ever had. The buttery, melt in your mouth texture will leave you yearning for more.

Here are the Japanese Wagyu Beef Grading Factors

(1) Marbling. (2) Meat color and brightness. (3) Firmness and texture of meat (4) Quality of fat, (5) Total yield per carcass

Our Striploin is graded A5 and rated BMS 12- The crème de la crème.

We cut no corners! This steak was determined to have the highest possible marbling, fat content, and meat quality there is. We are confident you will love it.

It ships as presliced - 12 oz portions, perfect for 2 people to share.

Cooking Recommendations

Due to the high-fat content of A5-rated beef, its melting point will be lower than your average steak. This just means you have to pay a little extra attention to make sure it doesn't overcook.

For seasonings, we recommend light salt and pepper to elevate the fragrant, beefy taste this steak has on its own.
